What does a credit buy?
A GIF or photo is 1 credit, a video is 5, and a Cinematic video (Pro) is 22. If something fails, you get the credits back.
What do I get for free?
Every free account can make 2 GIFs, 1 photo and 1 video each month, with a small watermark. It resets on the 1st, no card needed.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits refill each month and don't roll over. Credit packs never expire.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay once a year and get 2 months free. Your credits still refill every month, so you get the same monthly allowance at a lower price.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Switch between Starter and Pro, or monthly and yearly, from your billing page. Upgrades apply immediately and top up your balance.
What happens when I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account returns to the free plan.
Do you offer refunds?
If something went wrong, email us within 7 days of a charge and we'll make it right.
